Tur için yapmış olduğunuz rezarvasyonun iptali için 14 gün cayma hakkını kullanarak iptal edebilirsiniz.

Rezervasyonunuz gerçekleştiğinde tarafınıza Otel Giriş Belgesi (Voucher) gönderilecektir. Otel iletişim bilgilerinin de yer aldığı Voucher’ınızda yazan referans numarasıyla oteli arayarak sorgulama yaptırabilirsiniz.
Size göndermiş olduğumuz Voucher (Otel Giriş Belgesi) sayesinde otel giriş ve çıkış saatlerini görebilirsiniz.
