When we provide your vehicle reservation, the reservation documents we have created will be sent to you via e-mail. With your reservation document, ID and driver’s license, you can pick up the vehicle from our provider company in the region where you want to receive it.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on promotional class flight tickets. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations for economy class air tickets depend on the airline’s rules. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations for business class airline tickets depend on the airline’s rules.

Hotel Voucher will be sent to you when your reservation is made. You can make an inquiry by calling the hotel with the reference number written on your Voucher, which also includes the hotel contact information.
Thanks to the Voucher (Hotel Entrance Document) we have sent you, you can see the hotel entrance and exit times.
You can cancel the reservation you have made for the tour by using the right of withdrawal for 14 days.
